[Diagram 1 (1~26)] White 4 kakari to prevent Black using 错小目 fuseki. Black 21 should have played at 22, White got the critical move first. However, Xinwen personally dislike White 26 approached, was it a testing move or bully-move?

[Diagram 1 (26~39)] Black made the answer 27 without much consideration giving White substantial wall but the result still bit weird. Black 27 could be simply just answered at 39 jump so that White is under attack.

Nevertheless, Xinwen noticed how much Hui Yee had improved also spotting what is Hui Yee weaknesses.

*Unprofessional*

This Cambodian opponent of Zhe Fan had played many weird amateurish moves like move 16, tenuki for uncertain reason at 22, over concern with one issue; those are the bad habit.
